This paper aims to provide a working definition of the concept of globalization, and investigate on its consequences and results and then will survey the required procedures for globalization of Quranic culture and values. Then, the challenges facing Quranic culture in the globalized world, especially in such spheres as believes and values, will be inquired. The paper will define “Quran” and “globalization” as related to each other will argue that Quran is a revealed book for theoretical and practical guidance of mankind in all ages and is thus revealed to humanity for eternal usage. The research will emphasize on the necessity of globalization of Quan in the globalized works, and will present the characteristics and structures of global order of Quran and will introduce the language of Quran as the united language of the global order of Quran.

Globalizing interaction of culture, has always been one the most effective consequences of communications and language, as a basic ingredient of culture, has a fundamental role in this process. Every nation identifies itself through its classic and modern literature and in the inaction process among different territories, literature acts as a representative and “language” acts as communicative medium. As literature is the common concern of every nation, it goes beyond national and indigenous boundaries and acts at an international level and unites every nation. The main concert on of global literature is an understanding of “the other”, where one can come to a rigorous understanding of a one’s own literary potentials and powers through a comparison with others and achieve common cultural and literary positions. This is a result of the fact that literature is a combination of different cultures and subcultures and it facilitates the recognition of common literary symbols for achieving a global literature.

An Introduction to Theoretical Considerations of Cultural Synergy

This paper aims to review the concept, assumptions, and elements of synergy and cultural synergy. Synergy refers to the working together of individuals to produce an effect greater than the sum of their particular effects. In other words, it refers to a logic in which the total sum of elements surpasses the individual contributions of the individuals and the personal endeavors of the members are combines to produce an effect that is greater mathematical sum of the inputs. When there is no covering culture or approach, cultural synergism can act as a convenient approach to combine and unite different perspectives and approaches. Cultural synergism is the most convenient way for treating with cultural diversity. Cultural synergism relies on the cultural characteristics of member cultures; it defines the difference as important as similarities and reflects the common cultural values of cultures. Achieving cultural synergy requires clear cultural aims, commitment to a common goal, effective intercultural communication, mutual cultural trust, efficient intercultural negotiation, effective leadership, cultural creativity and intelligence, related management skills and a promising environment

The Effect of Globalization on Educational System: A Comparative Study on UK, Japan and the US.

One of the central issues of educational systems at the global era is the use of information technologies. This research surveys the effect of globalization of educational systems and seeks to answer two questions: what are the effects of globalization on the educational system of UK, Japan and the US? and what forms of educational reforms and information technology implementations are used in these countries to deal with the problem? The research is conducted through a literature review. The research findings indicate that these developed countries treat globalization not as threat but as an opportunity. Historical records reveal that they have always been forerunners of global changes. These changes have their root in renaissance and industrial revolution and are achieving their maturity in contemporary era. The changes have caused a reform and innovation in many different spheres including economy, industry, politics, society, culture, as well as education. Through constant talks and negotiations, these countries always endeavor to achieve a homogenous and united global policy and make the other counties follow them.

Teaching of Quran as the Main Need of Humanity

The contemporary rapid development of man in different science has created new tools and accessories that facilitate the life of humanity. There is an increase in the quality of life of humanity as a result of new technologies in commerce, economics, industry, health, and communication. The long distance between cities and countries is no longer a problem and every nation is a neighbor the most geographically distant nation in the emerging global village. The old territorial borders are removed as a result of new economic and non-economic regional and international organizations. All these achievements have also creates deep gaps within societies and new ground for different forms of anxiety, depression, and panic are created. Actually, the developing world is becoming a market for military and economic exchanges of developed countries. There is a growing economic gap within these societies. It is clearly evident that ethics of communication and psychological sanity is the main need of contemporary humanity. This paper suggests to present the idea of replacing God with humanity and alienation of man from God, as the main source of all these problems. Religious ethics is a priority and rethinking in Quranic teachings is the most fundamentally effective solution for the existing panic and anxiety.

Surveying National E-Learning System in the Globalization Era

Effective implementation of information and communication technologies in educational processes and working in the new e-learning environments, require different roles by the students. The learners should be information seekers and they should be able to evaluate the huge amount of available information. In such a setting, the role of the teachers are changed from transmitters of knowledge and information to facilitators of educational processes. Therefore, e-learning require a dedicated and delicate strategy, program, aim, and method. This research surveys the contemporary situation of e-learning at a national level. It has a practical objective and a descriptive – survey methodology. The statistical society of the research is 267 people selected randomly from manages and experts of national educational systems. The research was conducted through a library and field investigation. The research findings suggest a good level for such factors as applicability, interaction, and motivation and according to the survey, the experts expressed their concern about the weak situation for such factors as content, reception, accountability, quality, professionalism, and commitment.

Aerial Incidents and Their Effects on Development of Iranian Tourism Industry

This article studies the impacts of air accidents on development of Iranian tourism industry in the global ear. Initially, a brief history of Iranian air industry is presented and it is matched with the growing leisure industry. Then, using the IATA/ICAO statistics, a conceptual model for improvement of Iranian tourism industry at a global level is presented. Research findings indicate that aerial incidents is not the sole cause of failure in tourism industry and it points to such more fundamental factors as inappropriate decisions, mismanagement, defective advertisements, and international sanctions are among the most important factors that impede the development of Iranian tourism industry.
