Similarly, immediate awareness of each other and rapid exchange of opinions and ideas are considered as valuable achievements of globalization. All these have been made possible through instruments such as media, high tech, computers, communication revolution, etc. Such instruments have facilitated human dialogue and provided opportunities for discussions, criticisms, debates and proximity of nations. On the context of such developments, human rights discourses debate with each other and definitely the dominant logic of any discourse in the process of globalization will turn into the dominant discourse of the global community. This will lead to global normalization. This global normalization will bring about this key question that why universality of human rights has turned into the dominant discourse of value in the global community? Considering the assumption that human rights is past the process of universality, this paper tests the following hypothesis: Facilitation of dialogs among nations utilizing globalization instruments such as media, social networks, satellites and websites, has led to the universal dominance of human rights. To test the hypothesis, the author has benefited from library findings and scientific- research experience based on his personal observation. The author believes that globalization has made it difficult to violate the universal human rights . In fact, the universal human rights has isolated national and domestic norms. It will be no longer possible to justify violation of universal human rights norms based on moral relativism, since instruments such as media, satellites and facebook have isolated globalization of the logic of the relativists.}, keywords = {Moral Relativism,globalization,Universality,media,human rights}, title_fa = {جهانی شدن گفت و گو و جهانشمولی حقوق بشر}, abstract_fa = {دستاورد فوری جهانی شدن کوتاه گشتن ارتباطات انسانی و تماس آنی با یکدیگر از دورترین نقاط جغرافیای جهان است. آگاهی آنی از همدیگر و تبادل سریع آرا و اندیشه‌ها از دستاوردهای ارزنده جهانی شدن است. این امر به واسطه ابزارهایی چون رسانه، فن آوری پیشرفته، رایانه، انقلاب ارتباطاتی و مانند اینها مهیا شده است. چنین ابزارهایی گفت و گوی انسانی را آسان کرده و فرصت بحث و نقد و نزدیکی ملت ها را فراهم آورده است. در بستر چنین تحولاتی، گفتمان های حقوق بشری نیز به بحث و مناظره می پردازند و قطعا منطق مسلط هر گفتمانی در فرآیند جهانی شدن به گفتمان مسلط جامعه جهانی تبدیل می شود. این موضوع سبب ساز هنجار سازی جهانی می شود. همین هنجار سازی جهانی موجب طرح این پرسش کلیدی می شود که چرا جهانشمولی حقوق بشر به گفتمان مسلط ارزشی در جامعه بین المللی تبدیل شده است؟ نویسنده با در نظر داشتن این مفروض که حقوق بشر فرآیند جهانشمولی خود را طی کرده به آزمون فرضیه ذیل می پردازد: آسان شدن گفت و گوهای ملت ها با بهره گیری از ابزارهای جهانی شدن مانند رسانه، شبکه های اجتماعی، ماهواره و تارنما به سلطه جهان شمولی حقوق بشر انجامیده است. در راستای آزمون این فرضیه، نویسنده از یافته های کتابخانه ای و نیز تجربه علمی-پژوهشی خود بر پایه مشاهده بهره می برد. نویسنده بر این باور است که  جهانی شدن سبب شده تا نقض حقوق بشر در جامعه بین المللی دشوار شود. در واقع حقوق بشر جهان شمول به انزوای هنجارهای ملی و بومی انجامیده است. دیگر بر پایه نسبی گرایی اخلاقی نمی توان نقض هنجارهای حقوق بشری را توجیه نمود. زیرا ابزارهای رسانه ای، ماهواره ای و فیس بوکی جهانی شدن منطق نسبی گرایان را به انزوا کشانده است.  }, keywords_fa = {نسبی گرایی اخلاقی,جهانی شدن,جهان شمولی,رسانه,حقوق بشر}, url = {https://sspp.iranjournals.ir/article_11631.html}, eprint = {https://sspp.iranjournals.ir/article_11631_bee1c01a61906eb070a84296030d282c.pdf} }
