Generally, these considerations are implicitly included in energy supply models. In this paper, we introduce the import dependency index, one of the most important energy security indicators, as a means of measuring energy security in the energy supply optimization model. In this method, the NEID indicators, which are a little interpreted from the threats associated with energy imports, are introduced stochastically into the model. The nature of these parameters is uncertainty type, therefore, based on the probable scenarios of the stochastic model, the perspective of the energy supply system is drawn up based on a stochastic model of optimizing the supply of different carrier energy. Gasoline price scenarios are based on the cross impact analysis method, which consists of three scenarios of intense boycotting and passivity, a strong and active boycott, and the continuation of the current situation. The LINGO 16.0 software has been used for modeling and solving stochastic problems under the license. The method developed in the case study is the use of petroleum products in the three scenarios resulting from the sanctions. According to the results of the model, in the period when there are threats of energy imports, energy storage upto 8 million bbl annually is a low-cost and reliable way to compensate for the threats posed by sanctions, and the optimal index in this period is oscillating between 0.04 to 0.06.}, keywords = {energy security,energy supply model,quantification,energy security optimal index}, title_fa = {چارچوب تأثیر مؤلفه‌های امنیت انرژی بر مدل‌های عرضۀ بهینۀ انرژی با تکیه بر روش تلفیقی سناریو و مدل‌های تصادفی}, abstract_fa = {در مدل‌های عرضۀ انرژی، شاخص‌های امنیت انرژی برای توصیف وضعیت حال و آیندۀ یک سیستم عرضۀ انرژی به کار می‌روند. مداخلۀ امنیت انرژی در این مدل‌ها عموماً به صورت محدودیت‌های بیرونی و به صورت اقتضائی است. در این مقاله، با رویکرد کمّی‌سازی امنیت انرژی، شاخص وابستگی به واردات را ــ که یکی از مهم‌ترین شاخص‌های امنیت انرژی است ــ به‌عنوان ابزار اندازه‌گیری امنیت انرژی در مدل بهینه‌سازی عرضۀ انرژی وارد می‌کنیم. در این روش، شاخص‌هایی که تفسیر کمّی از تهدیدات مرتبط با واردات انرژی ارائه می‌دهند، به  صورت پارامترهای تصادفی  وارد مدل می‌شوند. ماهیت این پارامترها از نوع عدم قطعیت است، بنابراین، براساس سناریوهای محتمل مدل تصادفی اجرا می‌شود و چشم‌انداز سیستم عرضۀ انرژی براساس مدل تصادفی بهینه‌سازی عرضۀ انرژی حامل‌های مختلف ترسیم می‌شود. سه سناریوی قیمت بنزین براساس روش تحلیل اثر متقابل به دست می‌آید: تحریم شدید و انفعال، تحریم شدید و فعال و ادامۀ وضعیت فعلی.  مدل‌سازی و حل مسئلۀ تصادفی تحت لیسانس آموزشی نرم‌افزار LINGO 16.0  انجام شده است. مطابق نتایج مدل، در دوره‌ای که تهدیدات واردات انرژی وجود دارد ذخیره‌سازی انرژی روش کم‌هزینه و مطمئنی برای جبران خسارات ناشی از تهدیدات است و تا 8 میلیون بشکه در سال افزایش می‌یابد، همچنین شاخص بهینه در این دوره به صورت نوسانی بین 0.04 تا 0.06 تغییر می‌کند.}, keywords_fa = {امنیت انرژی,مدل عرضه انرژی,کمی سازی,شاخص بهینه امنیت انرژی}, url = {https://sspp.iranjournals.ir/article_30758.html}, eprint = {https://sspp.iranjournals.ir/article_30758_dfa39f43975ccbd60929593364e14629.pdf} }
