The learners should be information seekers and they should be able to evaluate the huge amount of available information. In such a setting, the role of the teachers are changed from transmitters of knowledge and information to facilitators of educational processes. Therefore, e-learning require a dedicated and delicate strategy, program, aim, and method. This research surveys the contemporary situation of e-learning at a national level. It has a practical objective and a descriptive – survey methodology. The statistical society of the research is 267 people selected randomly from manages and experts of national educational systems. The research was conducted through a library and field investigation. The research findings suggest a good level for such factors as applicability, interaction, and motivation and according to the survey, the experts expressed their concern about the weak situation for such factors as content, reception, accountability, quality, professionalism, and commitment.
