Human slavery in old and modern forms violates the global norm. Modern form of this phenomenon with the name of “human trafficking” has been increasing in recent years and making bad effects on origin and destination countries. How much global society is concern about protection of the mentioned principle through combat human trafficking as an aspect of the violation? This Article tries to answer the following questions: What is human trafficking? What is globalization? When the process of global combat against human trafficking has been begun and what is its state now? What is the effect of the process on legislative criminal policy on Iran and the other countries? اصل جهان‌شمول حقوق و آزادی‌های بنیادین، نشئت گرفته از کرامت ذاتی انسان است و برده‌داری در اشکال کهن و مدرن، آن را نقض می‌کند. صورت مدرن این پدیده با نام "قاچاق انسان"، در سال‌های اخیر رشدی فزاینده یافته و کشورهای       بی‌شماری را به عنوان کشورهای مبدأ، واسطه و مقصد در معرض آسیب قرار داده است. جهانی‌شدن، یکی از عوامل تأثیرگذار بر افزایش قاچاق انسان می‌باشد و مقابله‌ی کارآمد با این پدیده نیازمند تلاش و همکاری جهانی است. پاسخ جامعه جهانی به این نیاز چه بوده است؟ در این مقاله تلاش شده برای این پرسش‌ها پاسخی بیابیم: قاچاق انسان چیست؟ مفهوم جهانی‌شدن چیست؟ فرآیند جهانی‌شدن مبارزه با قاچاق انسان از چه هنگامی آغاز شده و اکنون در چه جایگاهی است؟ جایگاه دادگاه بین‌المللی کیفری و دادگاه‌های بین‌المللی موردی در این مبارزه چیست؟ تأثیر این فرآیند بر سیاست جنایی تقنینی ایران چه بوده است؟ https://sspp.iranjournals.ir/article_2553_d7619beb6eb189509885fbc192d2874b.pdf
