Journal Article 2020 02 02 Security is one of the keywords of international relations which is used in both narrow and wide sense. The mainstream in international relations emphasizes the narrow security, In contrast, the Copenhagen school, represented by Buzan and his colleagues, introduced the notion of widespread security against narrow security into the literature of international relations. The concept of widespread security means a broader and more liberal conception of security, not limited to the physical security of the actors involved, and it includes military, political, economic, social and environmental security. This study aims to answer the question, whether changes in the concept of security in the subjective sense, were also present in practice and international instructions or not? <br />To answer this question, the hypothesis of this study is that along with subjective changes in the concept of security, there were changes in practice and international instructions, for instance in the documents of sustainable development (2015) and practical actions of governments (2015-2018).Finally, the results of this study indicate that changes in the concept of security were present in international instructions and practical actions of governments, therefore the hypothesis of this study is confirmed. This study is descriptive-analytical, and it is based on documentation and analyzing the content. هدف اصلی این پژوهش بررسی ابعاد جدید امنیت در دستورکار بین المللی با تاکید بر سند «توسعه هزاره» و سند «توسعه پایدار» است، بنابراین سوال اصلی این پژوهش آن است که ابعاد جدید امنیت مطابق با این دو سند کدام اند؟ و کدام کشورها به عنوان موفق ترین کشورها در این زمینه عمل کرده اند؟ به همین منظور این پژوهش در کنار بررسی تحول مفهوم امنیت در بعد نظری روابط بین الملل (گذار از مفهوم امنیت مضیق و محدود به امنیت موسع) به بررسی مطالعه موردی اقدامات عملی سه کشور ژاپن، سوئد و کانادا به عنوان موفق ترین دولت ها از سه قاره آسیا، اروپا و آمریکا در زمینه ابعاد جدید امنیت بر اساس گزارش سال 2018 سازمان ملل با عنوان «رتبه بندی کشورها براساس میزان پیشرفت در اجرای اهداف سند توسعه پایدار» می پردازد. چهارچوب نظری این پژوهش آراء مکتب کپنهاگ به نمایندگی بری بوزان در جهت طرح مفهوم امنیت موسع می باشد. یافته های این پژوهش نشان می دهد همراه با تحول مفهوم امنیت در بعد نظری ادبیات روابط بین الملل، در عرصه ی عملی نیز برخی از دولت ها گام های بسیار جدی در راستای ابعاد جدید امنیت برداشته اند و بسیار موفق عمل کرده اند. این پژوهش یک پژوهش توصیفی تحلیلی و مبتنی بر مطالعه موردی می باشد و اطلاعات و داده ها از طریق منابع استنادی و مجازی جمع آوری شده است. https://sspp.iranjournals.ir/article_48009_afacea90291a3389e605de5de080ed12.pdf
