This research was conducted qualitatively using the grounded theory. Data were collected through semi-structured interviews. In this regard, 10 interviews were conducted with experts and managers in the field of banking and financial sciences according to the research topic. Then, based on the theoretical systematic approach of Strauss and Corbin in the three main steps of open coding, central coding and selective coding, the policy-making of Internet of Things transformation in the banking industry was presented. The results of coding the interviews showed that the policy includes three main components of the supply chain, perceived ease and security and privacy. The causal factors that create the Internet of Things in banks are mainly related to 4 types of scientific infrastructure, technical infrastructure, management infrastructure and communication infrastructure. Among the infrastructures, the technical infrastructure is more important and after that, the infrastructure and management platforms have been considered very important by the experts. هدف اصلی مطالعه‌ی حاضر طراحی مدل خط‌مشی تحول اینترنت اشیاء در صنعت بانکداری ایران است. این پژوهش به صورت کیفی و با استفاده از نظریه داده‌بنیاد (گرندد تئوری) انجام شد. داده‌ها از طریق مصاحبه نیمه ساختاریافته جمع‌آوری گردید. در این راستا، 10 مصاحبه با خبرگان و مدیران در حوزه‌ی بانکداری و علوم مالی با توجه به موضوع پژوهش انجام شد. سپس بر اساس رویکرد نظام‌مند نظریه‌ای اشتراوس و کوربین در سه گام اصلی کدگذاری باز، کدگذاری محوری و کدگذاری انتخابی، خط‌مشی تحول اینترنت اشیاء در صنعت بانکداری ارائه گردید. نتایج حاصل از کدگذاری مصاحبه‌ها نشان داد که خط‌مشی شامل سه مؤلفه‌ی اصلی زنجیره تأمین، سهولت ادراک‌شده و امنیت و حفظ حریم خصوصی است. عوامل علّی و به وجود آورنده اینترنت اشیاء در بانک‌ها عمدتاً مربوط به 4 نوع زیرساخت علمی، زیرساخت فنی، زیرساخت مدیریتی و زیرساخت ارتباطی می‌شود. از میان زیرساخت‌ها، زیرساخت فنی از اهمیت بالاتری برخوردار است و پس‌ازآن، زیرساخت و بسترهای مدیریتی از سوی کارشناسان بسیار مهم تلقی شده است. https://sspp.iranjournals.ir/article_709259_1cd0894c2e6b744e9f4fd8e6be1e6244.pdf
