Introduction
"Research ethics policy is a regulation or commitment letter that outlines the ethical boundaries of the research components." Authors, referees, editorial board and editor of the journal are required to know and commit to all the principles of research ethics and related responsibilities in the field of publishing. The charter and standards of research ethics approved by the Vice President of Research and Technology of the Ministry of Science, Research and Technology should be a guide for authors and those involved in refereeing and publishing journals. Authors' responsibilities and obligations
1- The researcher must have up-to-date specialized knowledge in the research topic.
2- The researcher must be familiar with the method appropriate to the subject and its application in different stages of the research.
3- The researcher should choose a research whose subject is original and scientifically valid and leads to the production of new knowledge and the improvement of human life.
4- The researcher is obliged to choose the topic of his research according to the limitations of financial resources, time and human resources in such a way that it is in the list of research priorities while realizing the national interests of the country.
5- The researcher must fully and transparently provide his research findings to the scientific community with "honesty", "impartiality", "reliability" and "courage and adherence to the search for truth" and "adherence to the element of time (deadline)".
6- The researcher is obliged to use the works and opinions of others in his research.

8- The researcher must be committed and responsible towards the stakeholders and respect the interests of the stakeholders in all stages of the research.
9- The authors are responsible for the correctness and accuracy of the content of the articles, and the authors are obliged to ensure the correctness and accuracy of the content of the articles. The publication of the article does not mean the approval of its content by the journal.
10- Authors are obliged to avoid "research and publication misconduct" as described in the next section.
11- Authors do not have the right to "duplicate submission" of an article. In other words, the article or its part should not be published in any other journal inside or outside the country or in the process of being refereed and published.
12- Authors are not allowed to "overlapping publication".
The meaning of overlapping publication is to print the data and findings of previous articles with a little change in an article as a new one.
13- Authors are obliged to follow the standard writing method for reporting findings and results.
And they must be according to the "authors' guide" section included in the journal's website.
14- The author responsible for the article must ensure the existence of the names and information of all the authors and the absence of names other than the researchers involved in the research and preparation of the article.
In other words, adding "Gift authorship" and removing "Ghost authorship" should be avoided.
15- The authors are obliged to inform the journal about any errors and carelessness in their article, to correct it or to withdraw the article at any time.
16- The authors are expected to keep samples and raw information used in the preparation of the article for at least one year after the publication of the article in the journal in order to answer possible criticisms and questions of the magazine readers.
17- Any risks that occur to humans or the environment due to research should be clearly mentioned in the article.
Unethical publishing and research behavior
If in any of the stages of submitting, judging, editing, or publishing an article in journals or after, it is ensured that one of the following cases occurs, it is considered unethical publishing and research behavior and the journal has the right to deal with it legally.
Data falsification (Fabrication): It consists of reporting unreal content and presenting fictitious data or results as laboratory results, experimental studies or personal findings. False recording of what did not happen or shifting the results of different studies are examples of this violation.
Falsification: It is recording and presenting the research results in such a way that the details of the research implementation or the data collection process are manipulated, or data is deleted or changed, or some small results are magnified in order to hide larger facts. Plagiarism: It includes close adaptation of the thoughts and expressions of other authors, copying in the expression of thoughts, structural similarities in the writing or attribution of ideas and results of others without proper reference, or presenting it as an original scientific research.
Scientific rent: It means that the author (authors) hires another person to do the research and after the end of the research, he publishes it in his own name with a small income. Unreal attribution: It means the unreal attribution of the author(s) to an institution, center or educational or research group that did not have a role in the original research. Resubmit an article, publish overlaps, add "honorary authorship" or remove "real authorship"
Duties and obligations of editors and members of the editorial board and managers
1- The authority and responsibility of choosing the judges and accepting or rejecting an article after getting the opinion of the judges is the responsibility of the editor and the members of the editorial board of the journal.
2- Avoiding any discrimination and unethical biases (age, gender, nationality, religion, etc.) regarding referees.
3- Registration and archiving of refereed documents of articles as scientific documents.
4- Evaluation and accuracy in sending judges' opinions and measuring their accuracy.
5- Welcoming deep and reasoned evaluations and dealing with biased, baseless and humiliating evaluations.
6- The scientific editors of this publication should identify possible plagiarism, fraud, and fraud, and provide corrections, explanations, retractions, and apologies if necessary.
7- Paying attention to the evaluation time and necessary follow-ups for the timely evaluation of articles.
8- Observance of confidentiality and secrecy regarding the authors and referees and the content of their writings.

10- The editor-in-chief of the journal is obliged to quickly remove the published articles in which it is determined that "unethical publishing and research behavior" has occurred and to provide clear information to the readers and relevant indexing authorities.
11- The editor-in-chief and the members of the editorial board of the journal are obliged to avoid conflict of interests in the refereeing process, considering any personal, commercial, academic and financial relationships that may potentially affect the acceptance and publication of the submitted articles. prevent
12- The editor-in-chief and the members of the editorial board of the magazine should consider all the information contained in the articles as confidential and refrain from making it available to others and discussing its details with others.
Duties and obligations of referees
1- After reviewing the summary of the article, the selected referee should immediately inform the editor of the publication about his decision to accept or not accept the referee (due to the fact that the topic of the article is not in the referee's field of work, lack of time, etc.). Also, if the referee is not accepted, the referee is expected to help the editor-in-chief of the publication in choosing a replacement referee.
2- Professionally, the referee must be an expert in the subject area of the article. The referee should not accept articles that are far from his specialized field. It is also appropriate for the referee to avoid accepting the refereeing of articles whose topics he has a fundamental disagreement with and may not be able to conduct a fair review on.
3- The referee should not accept the refereeing of articles that he participated in doing, analyzing or writing.
4- The reviewer is expected to present his assessment of the strengths and weaknesses of the article in a constructive, clear and educational manner, along with the analysis of the strengths and weaknesses and suggestions to improve the article, to the editor of the journal and the author(s).
5- The referee is expected to be responsible, responsive, punctual, truthful, interested, and adhere to professional ethics and respecting the rights of others. Citation of valid and appropriate evidence, fairness, politeness, avoiding bias and prejudice and haste, along with a clear statement for the editor about the suitability of the article for publication in the journal are other characteristics of the referees.
6- The referee is obliged to ensure that the article is fully referenced to all the researches, topics and quotes used in the article.
Also, the reviewer is expected to remind the authors of relevant published research that is not referred to in the article and help the author to clearly convey his message to the readers.
7- The referee must maintain confidentiality and observe confidentiality regarding personal information and content of the article.
8- The referee has no right to entrust the refereeing of an article to another person, including his faculty colleagues or graduate students, except with the permission of the journal editor.
The name of anyone who helped in the refereeing of the article should be mentioned in the refereeing report to the editor and recorded in the journal documents.
9- The referee is not allowed to contact the authors directly regarding the articles under review.
Any contact with the authors of the articles will be done only through the journal office.
10- The referees are expected to be diligent and diligent in reporting "unethical publishing and research conduct" and sending relevant documents to the editor of the journal.
