تحلیل الگوی همکاری سرمایه‌گذاران خطرپذیر و شرکت‌های نوآفرین مبتنی بر ساز و کارهای خلق ارزش‌های غیرمالی

چکیده

سرمایه‌گذاران خطرپذیر در تعامل با شرکت‌های نوآفرین خود نقشی فراتر از تامین‌کننده منابع مالی برای این شرکت‌ها به عهده دارند و برای آن‌ها ارزش خلق می‌کنند. تحقیق حاضر با روش مطالعه موردی، به بررسی الگوی همکاری سرمایه‌گذاران خطرپذیر و شرکت‌های نوآفرین از طریق تحلیل 6 سرمایه‌گذاری خطرپذیر انجام شده در بازه زمانی (1393 تا 1400) از طریق 23 مصاحبه نیمه‌ساختاریافته با افراد فعال در سرمایه‌گذاری خطرپذیر و شرکت‌های نوآفرین پرداخته و ساز و کارهای خلق ارزش‌های غیرمالی را با استفاده از تحلیل محتوای کیفی مصاحبه‌ها و کدگذاری محوری مورد بررسی قرار داده است. نتایج این تحقیق نشان می‌دهد خلق ارزش‌های غیرمالی سرمایه‌گذاران خطرپذیر دو جهت‌گیری کلی خارجی و داخلی دارد و لذا توانمندی و تمرکز سرمایه‌گذار خطرپذیر و هم‌چنین نیازمندی اعلام شده توسط شرکت‌های نوآفرین برای خلق ارزش غیرمالی، بر رویکرد کلی و اثربخشی ساز و کارهای خلق ارزش موثر است. هم‌چنین نتایج بیان می‌کند لزوما همه سرمایه‌گذاران خطرپذیر توانایی خلق ارزش غیرمالی در همه زمینه‌ها را ندارند و لازم است این نوع سرمایه‌گذاران در رویکردهای بلندمدت خود توسعه همزمان و متوازن توانمندی‌های ارزش‌آفرینی غیرمالی را مدنظر قرار دهند و شرکت‌های نوآفرینی را انتخاب نمایند که با رویکرد کلی آن‌ها همراستا باشد.

شرکت‌های نوآفرین نیز می‌بایست در انتخاب سرمایه‌گذار خطرپذیر و تعیین انتظارات و توقعات خود از این سرمایه‌گذاری توجه لازم را داشته باشند تا از بروز تعارضات احتمالی در تعامل با این نوع سرمایه‌گذاران پیشگیری نمایند.
