Unlike other research centers, the Center for Strategic Studies is directly connected to the president and senior decision-making bodies. Therefore, it cannot have a purely academic and research function. One of the main goals of this center is to establish effective communication between the government and the decision-making bodies of the government and the elites of the country. Therefore, the magazine of this center, while observing all scientific and research principles, strives to publish articles and publish agendas that create a link between the elites and political governance, based on public policymaking, sustainable development and national security.
The tasks of this magazine include analyzing and scrutinizing the country's policies in various sectors, criticizing and reviewing them, as well as future research in the field of public policymaking consequences in the country. This magazine has three basic sections. In the first section, the viewpoints or positions of the officials and administrators of the magazine and the Center for Strategic Studies are expressed regarding fundamental matters or current events. The second section is scientific-research articles. The third section of the magazine deals with policy-making reports and writings.
