Abstract

The Main Purpose of This Article Is Study Knowledge Management with public policies in Knowledge Based and High Technology Companies.

Main Problem of Research is Survey of Supportive policies in government on Knowledge Based and High tech companies and their Requirements.this article describe challenges in implementation of effectiveness policies.

This Article Refer to Supportive Policies and effects on Knowledge management Success. , any supportive Policy effect on effectiveness KM Management.

Main Variables Of Research Are Public Policiy As Independent Variable And Knowledge management As Dependent variable .

Hypothesy is:

• There is positive relationship between Supportive Public Policies with Knowledge management .

In Terms Of Methodology, This Is a Fundamental Descriptive Research, Which Uses Survey to Find an Accurate Interaction Between The Effectiveness Of KM Strategies with Public policies.

Data Collection Tools Include, Standard Questionnaire For public policies By Rhods and for KM ffectiveness Is Based On A Work By Hanssen & Nohria and Nonaka Is 0.993.

Data Is Collected From five Companies, With Knowledge Based or high technologies .

For Analysis, According To Data Gathering, Statistical Software And Inferential Statistics And Spierman Correlation Coefficients To Find Out The Relationship Between Knowledge Management (Dependent Variable) And public policies (InDependent Variable.

Finally Conclusion shows that from among of Public policies( Financial and tax Incentives, transforming, Sharing experiences, Structuring, networking and Dircting); Structuring, networking and Dircting have more effect on KM effectiveness in Knowledge Based and High Tech Companies.
