Abstract

Road accidents are a major public health problem and a political priority for any country around the world. In Iran, road injuries play a more prominent role, and among the countries with the worst road insecurity (red status), it is among the top five countries in the world. Statistics show that Iran's population is about one percent of the world's population,But the percentage of road casualties in Iran is 2% of global casualties and one a half global average In Iran, for road safety and accident reduction, given the experience of other countries and the challenges of unsafe road intensification in the future, we first need to formulate a scenario for the unsafe future of the road and then, considering factors such as the formation of a permanent council. Road safety can be very useful for monitoring and evaluating road safety.
