The interaction of "man" and "machine", in the multi-spatial era of the world, is the foundation of cyborg systems to represent the needs and possibilities of meeting the future biological needs of humans. Improving the level of interactions between these two in the coming era will cause that while the cyborg should be interpreted in time, one should also think about the governance of the cyborg and its future, discover its challenges and complexities and strategies and principles. Ruler designed the cyborg to face the future. Observing and creating software to deal with it requires a detailed depiction of the future of cyborg systems. The main issue of this article is how governance can play a role in shaping the future of cyborg systems. This research, using qualitative research method and using philosophical methods and collecting qualitative data, seeks to prove the influence of governance on the ethical excellence of cyborg. The main goal is to visualize the future of cyborg systems based on optimal governance practices. From this point of view, it was found that good governance can have unparalleled effectiveness in governing human values, technology ethics, public security, etc. on cyborgs and building a dynamic, fair, sustainable, inclusive and innovative context in cyborgs.
