انتقال فعالیت‌های تحقیق و توسعه به خارج از شرکت و پیامد‌های آن: مروری نظامند

چکیده

در این مقاله به بررسی پیامدهای انتقال تحقیق و توسعهبرای شرکت‌ها و کشورهای مبدا و مقصد پرداخته شده است. انتقال تحقیق و توسعه به معنای اجرای فعالیت‌های تحقیق و توسعه در خارج از مرزهای شرکت‌ها است که تلاش می‌نماید تا از این طریق در جهت تکمیل توانمندی‌های دانشی و فناورانه و کاهش هزینه‌های تحقیق و توسعه بهره‌برداری شوند که مطالعات نشان‌دهنده توسعه این راهکار در دو دهه اخیر بوده است. بررسی نظام‌مند مطالعات تجربی می‌تواند موجب شناخت عمیق‌تر این حوزه در زمینه پیامدهای حاصل برای شرکت‌ها و کشورهای دو طرف تحقیق و توسعه باشد. مطالعه حاضر که مطالعه‌ای کاربردی از نوع توصیفی است از مرور نظامند مطالعات تجربی به وسیله جمع‌آوری اطلاعات از پایگاه‌های علمی مقالات در بازه سال‌های 2000 تا 2021 در جهت شناخت پیامدهای انتقال تحقیق و توسعه به کمک تحلیل تم مطالعات پیشین بهره برده است. نتایج پژوهش نشاندهنده آن است که انتقال تحقیق و توسعه می‌تواند منجر به نتایجی چون بهبود عملکرد، نوآوری، بهبود بهره‌وری، افزایش شدت تحقیق و توسعه و اثرات دانشی و اقتصادی برای طرفین گردد. همچنین ویژگی‌های شرکت‌ها و کشورهای دوطرف و نوع دانش در تحقیق و توسعه می‌تواند رابطه انتقال تحقیق و توسعه را با پیامدهای آن تحت تاثیر خود قرار دهند. شناسایی این عوامل منجر به انگیزه مدیران و سیاستگذاران جهت بهبود دستیابی به نتایج وفراهم آوردن بسترهای پایه‌گذاری مناطق انتقال تحقیق و توسعه در کشور به وسیله توسعه سیاست‌های مناسب گردند.
