تصویرپردازی نقش حکمرانی در آینده سیستم های سایبورگ

چکیده
تعامل «انسان» و «ماشین»، در عصر چند فضایی جهان، بسترساز سیستم های سایبورگ است تا نماگر نیازها و امکانات رفع نیاز آینده زیستی انسان باشد. ارتقاء سطح تعاملات این دو در عصر پیش رو، سبب می شود تا ضمن اینکه باید سایبورگ را در فرازمان، تفسیر کرد، می بایست به حکمرانی سایبورگ و آینده آن نیز اندیشید، چالش‌ها و پیچیدگی های آن را کشف کرد و راهبردها و اصول حاکم بر مواجهه با آینده سایبورگ را طراحی کرد. رصد و ساخت نرم افزار مواجهه با آن، نیازمند تصویرگری دقیق از آینده سیستم های سایبورگ است. مساله اصلی این مقاله این است که حکمرانی چگونه می تواند در شکل دهی آینده سیستم های سایبورگ نقش آفرین باشد؟ این پژوهش با استفاده از روش تحقیق کیفی و بهره گیری از روش‌های فلسفی و جمع‌آوری داده‌های کیفی، به دنبال اثبات تاثیرگذاری حکمرانی بر تعالی اخلاق مدارانه سایبورگ است. هدف اساسی، تصویرپردازی از آینده سیستم های سایبورگ مبتنی بر اِعمال حکمرانی مطلوب است. از این رهگذر به دست آمد که حکمرانی مطلوب می تواند به حاکمیت ارزش های انسانی، اخلاق فناوری، امنیت عمومی و... بر سایبورگ و ساخت بافتاری پویا، منصفانه، پایدار، فراگیر و نوآور در سایبورگ، اثربخشی بی بدیل داشته باشد.
