نقش فناوری خوشه بندی صنایع در رفتار زیستی و توسعه پایدار با رویکرد مدیریت منابع انسانی سبز و نوگرایی سبز

چکیده

فناوری خوشه‌بندی، رویکردی نوآورانه جهت مدیریت بهتر محیط‌زیست و توسعه پایدار است. هدف از پژوهش حاضر، بررسی فناوری خوشه‌بندی، بر توسعه پایدار با در نظر گرفتن متغیرهای میانجی و تعدیل‌گر است. پژوهش حاضر از لحاظ هدف، کاربردی، از لحاظ ماهیت و روش، توصیفی- پیمایشی از نوع همبستگی است. برای تست فرضیات، از پرسش‌نامه 35 سوالی طبق طیف 5 گزینه‌ای لیکرت، استفاده شده است. جامعه آماری پژوهش، شامل کارکنان بیش از 60 واحد خوشه صنعتی ادوات کشاورزی نگارخاتون واقع در شهرستان فامنین در استان همدان به تعداد 600 نفر است. حجم نمونه 234 نفر، که بر اساس جدول کرجسی و مورگان به روش طبقه‌ای نسبی انتخاب شده است. پایایی با استفاده از ضریب آلفای کرونباخ محاسبه و به منظور بررسی اعتبار سازه با استفاده از نرم‌افزار Lisrel از تحلیل عاملی تاییدی استفاده شد. به منظور تجزیه و تحلیل یافته‌ها از مدل تحلیل مسیر و برای تحلیل متغیر میانجی از آزمون سوبل و برای تحلیل متغیر تعدیل‌گر از از روش آزمون رگرسیون چندگانه تعدیل شده، استفاده شد. نتایج نشان داد، خوشه و ویژگی‌های شخصیتی، رفتاری، فردی و سازمانی می‌توانند بر عملکرد محیط‌زیست و توسعه پایدار به طور مستقیم و غیرمستقیم، تاثیر مثبت و معنی‌داری بگذارند. نتایج متغیر میانجی و تعدیلگر، نشان داد، مدیریت منابع انسانی سبز، تعهد سازمانی، رفتار سازگار با محیط‌زیست و عملکرد محیط‌زیست نقش متغیر میانجی و نوگرایی سبز نقش متغیر تعدیل‌گر را در ارتباط بین متغیرهای دیگر، ایفا می‌کنند.
