جنگ تجاری آمریکا و چین: علل و پیامدهای آن

چکیده

اقتصاد جهانی از ژانویه سال 2018 شاهد وقوع جنگ تجاری بین چین و آمریکا بوده است که ماهیت پیچیده و گسترده‌ای دارد و اکنون با تحریم شرکت‌های هوآوی و ZTE به جنگ فناوری تبدیل شده است. جنگ تجاری ایالات متحده با چین یک بازی با حاصل جمع صفر است که هیچ برنده‌ای ندارد و به شدت به هر دو طرف آسیب می‌رساند. بنابراین سوالی که مطرح می‌شود این است که به چه دلایلی آمریکا جنگ تجاری علیه چین را آغاز کرده است و پیامدهای این جنگ تجاری چیست؟ کسری تجاری آمریکا با چین و رقابت برای تسلط بر اقتصاد جهانی از دلایل جنگ تجاری می‌باشد که در صورت تداوم و تشدید، کاهش رشد تجارت جهانی و ایجاد دو بلوک اقتصادی با محوریت آمریکا و چین از پیامدهای آن می‌باشد. هدف مقاله این است که نشان دهد رشد چین طی سالهای اخیر مخصوصا بعد از عضویت در سازمان تجارت جهانی باعث شده است که دولت ترامپ در سند استراتژی امنیت ملی خود از چین به عنوان رقیب استراتژیک یاد کند و آن را تهدیدی برای تسلط آمریکا بر اقتصاد جهانی بداند؛ بنابراین با جنگ تجاری علیه این کشور درصدد مهار رشد چین می‌باشد.
