واکاوی الگوهای حکمرانی تحول دیجیتال در صنعت بانکداری

چکیده
نقش حکمرانیِ تحول دیجیتال در صنعت بانکداری برای اطمینان از پذیرش و به‌کارگیری موفقیت‌آمیز فناوری‌های دیجیتال، تقویت قابلیت‌های هدایتگری و همچنین اجتناب از تخصیص غیربهینه منابع بسیار مهم است. این پژوهش با رویکرد توصیفی - کیفی و با استراتژی پژوهش مطالعه موردی چندگانه (MCS)، به‌صورت مقطعی و در سال 1402 باهدف شناخت الگوهای حکمرانی تحول دیجیتال در بانک‌ها انجام شده است. در پژوهش حاضر با استفاده از روش خوشه‌بندی دومرحله‌ای و سلسله‌مراتبی، 11 بانک برتر دیجیتال بر اساس چارچوب حکمرانی تحول دیجیتالِ اقتباس شده از وایزبک و هس (2020) بررسی و 7 الگو و 3 استراتژیِ ترکیبی متداول‌تر برای حکمرانی شناسایی شده است. در انتها به‌منظور شناسایی استراتژی متناسب با اصول حاکمیت شرکتی بازل (ابلاغی بانک مرکزی ج.ا.ا به بانک‌های کشور) از روش گروه کانونی و شاخص انتخاب ارجحیت (PSI) استفاده شده است. یافته‌ها نشان می‌دهد رویکرد سیاست‌گذاران و تنظیم‌گران با این مقوله محافظه‌کارانه بوده و در الگوی انتخاب شده در بعُد ساختاری با بانک‌های برتر دنیا تفاوت چندانی وجود ندارد؛ ولی در الگوهای مرتبط با ابعاد مرتبط با فرایندهای اختصاصی و سازوکارهای رابطه‌ای تفاوت وجود دارد. در پایان باهدف تقویت حکمرانی برای تحول دیجیتال در صنعت بانکداری ایران پیشنهادهای سیاستی با دو سرفصل تشویقی - حمایتی و اصلاحی - ایجابی ارائه شده است.
