شناسایی و تبیین مولفه های مفهوم ناحیه نوآوری با فرا‌ترکیب پیشینه

چکیده

تا کنون الگو‌های مختلفی از زیست‌بوم‌ نوآوری شکل گرفته است که نواحی نوآوری جدیدترین آن‌ها است. این نواحی به سرعت در مناطق شهری سراسر دنیا ظاهر شده‌اند و با ایجاد تحول در نوآوری و اقتصاد منطقه‌ای توجه اندیشمندان را به خود جلب کرده‌اند. در ایران نیز مناطقی با عنوان ناحیه نوآوری در حال ظهور است. با این حال، تعداد پژوهش‌هایی که به ارائه تصویر دقیقی از این مفهوم بپردازد اندک است. پژوهش حاضر با مرور پژوهش‌های انجام شده، به شناسایی و تبیین مولفه‌های مفهوم ناحیه نوآوری می‌پردازد. بدین‌منظور تعداد 59 پژوهش علمی به روش فرا‌ترکیب مطالعه شده و مدلی متشکل از چهار مولفه‌ اصلی این مفهوم شامل آثار و پیامد‌ها، نظریات پشتیبان، کارکردها و بازیگران ارائه شده است. در نهایت به دلالت‌هایی برای سیاست‌گذاری نواحی نوآوری در ایران اشاره شده است؛ توجه به نقش دانشگاه‌ها در ایجاد نهاد مدیریت ناحیه نوآوری، سیاست‌گذاری در حوزه املاک برای جلب همکاری شرکت‌های فعال در این حوزه، شناسایی مناطق مستعد از طریق ارزیابی دارایی‌های شبکه‌ای منطقه، تسهیل استقرار شرکت‌های نوپا در اماکن با کاربری مسکونی، تسهیل ایجاد نواحی نوآوری در اطراف دانشگاه‌ها، و کاهش ریسک ایجاد کسب‌وکار‌های نوپا از طریق ایجاد فضای کار اشتراکی و اقامت‌گاه های موقت از جمله این دلالت‌ها است.
