سنجشِ روابط دفاعیِ ایران و چین در دورۀ ریاست‌جمهوری حسن روحانی

چکیده

امضای برجام که به نگرانی‌های بین‌المللی در مورد برنامۀ هسته‌ای ایران پایان داد، به پیش‌بینی‌های فزاینده‌ای در مورد آیندۀ روابط دفاعیِ ایران و چین منجر شده است. از همین‌رو، پرسش اصلی مقاله بر این پایه استوار است که فضای پس از توافق هسته‌ای برای روابط ایران و چین در قلمرو نظامی دربردارندۀ چه ابعاد و ویژگی‌هایی است؟ آیا این تحول منجر به ارتقای روابط به سطح راهبردی میان دو کشور خواهد شد و شاهد مناسبات جدید دفاعی میان دو طرف خواهیم بود؟ در پاسخ، اشاره می‌شود که فضای پسابرجام، صرفاً متضمن ایجاد نظمی جدید در روابط دو کشور است که با مجموعه‌ای از فرصت‎ها و توافقات، تنها سلسله مشارکت‌های راهبردیِ دوجانبه را مستحکم‌تر کرده و قادر است به نظم جدید در روابط دو کشور دوام ‌بخشد؛ و این الزماً به معنای اتحاد راهبردی نیست. از همین‌رو، تأکید می‌شود که به با وجود متغیرهایی چون ایالات متحدۀ آمریکا، عربستان سعودی و اسرائیل، و همچنین به جهت تفاوت در اولویت‌ها و تفاوت در نیازهای دو کشور در سطوح کلان مورد اشاره، روابط نظامی و دفاعی دو کشور پیشرفت چندانی به خود نخواهد دید.
