ارائه چارچوبی جهت تبیین شبکة ارزش خدمات در فضای مجازی: رویکرد تحلیل چارچوب

چکیده

علی‌رغم تاثیرات گسترده فضای مجازی در ابعاد مختلف زندگی اجتماعی به‌خصوص در حوزه‌های تجاری و اقتصادی، به‌علت جدید بودن این حوزه تاکنون چارچوب سیستماتیک برای تبیین شبکة ارزش در فضای مجازی ارائه نشده است. در این مطالعه با هدف ارائه چارچوبی جهت تبیین شبکة ارزش خدمات در فضای مجازی، ضمن مرور سیستماتیک مطالعات پیشین و تحلیل آن‌ها به‌روش تحلیل چارچوب، بازیگران شبکة ارزش در خدمات فضای مجازی شناسایی شدند. برای این‌منظور، با رویکرد تفسیری ون‌مانن پس از سه مرحله بازخوانی کل‌نگر، انتخابی و تفصیلی، درونمایه‌های اصلی استخراج شدند. این درونمایه‌ها به‌عنوان مؤلفه‌های شبکة ارزش خدمات فضای مجازی معرفی و براساس آن‌ها چارچوب اولیه ارائه شد. سپس به‌کمک روش دلفی، معیارها و پیشران‌های اصلی جهت ارائه چارچوب نهایی شناسایی گردیدند. درادامه مجدداً با به‌کارگیری روش دلفی، جایگاه مؤلفه‌ها در چارچو‌ب نهایی مشخص گردید. در این مطالعه، تلاش شد با بهره‌گیری از رویکرد تلفیقی، محدودیت‌های موجود در روش‌شناسی‌های مطالعات پیشین تاحد ممکن برطرف شود و چارچوب پیشنهادی، نگاهی فرآیندی و یک‌پارچه را جهت سیاست‌گذاری در حوزه فضای مجازی با هدف حمایت از کسب و کارهای خدمت محور برای سیاست‌گذاران فراهم نماید.
