کاربرد باخت استراتژیک در بحران کرونا

چکیده

در زمان وقوع بحران‌‌ بیماری‌های اپیدمی مانند شیوع ویروس کووید19، سرعت همه‌گیری این ویروس و پیامد‌های گسترده سیاسی، اجتماعی، اقتصادی، بهداشتی و درمانی آن دولت‌ها، سازمان‌ها و مدیران را ملزم به اخذ تصمیمات استراتژیک متعددی خواهد کرد. این بحران‌ها مشکلات بسیاری را ایجاد می‌کنند. لذا، در پژوهش حاضر به معرفی روش جدیدی از تصمیم‌گیری استراتژیک با عنوان "باخت استراتژیک" و همچنین به تبیین کاربرد‌های آن پرداخته شده است. روش پژوهش حاضر، توصیفی تحلیلی، از نوع برآوردی است که ضمن بررسی ادبیات موضوع با روش تحلیل موضوعی، کاربردهای مختلف این روش تصمیم‌گیری را نیز بیان می‌کند. به‌علاوه استراتژی‌هایی که با به‌کارگیری آنها، باخت استراتژیک محقق می‌گردد، بررسی شده است. درنتایج نشان داده می‌شود که روش تصمیم‌گیری باخت استراتژیک برای بهره‌برداری از فرصت‌ها و عبور با حداقل آسیب، از بحران‌هایی که با عدم قطعیت‌های متعدد همراه است، به کار می‌رود. درنهایت، "نرمش قهرمانانه" نیز به عنوان یکی از مصادیق این روش تصمیم‌گیری معرفی می‌گردد.
